RETURN POLICY:

If the product is faulty/damaged email us at "charlottexblush.help@outlook.com". Please note, you'll be expected to pay for postage to return the item so a refund can be issued.(The product will need returning so an inspection/investigation can be completed). 

Due to majority products being beauty related they're unable to be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons- hence why only faulty/ damaged products will be accepted. The shipping company will also be involved as all products are thoroughly checked before they're packaged and shipped, therefore please allow time to process the request.
